The HP Composites follows a course in contrast with the national one: when returning from the summer break, 44 employees saw the change in the terms of their employment contract.
The economic conjuncture that does not shine and the uncertainty in the application of the new and more stringent rules on employment relationships, temporary and stable, introduced with the decree of dignity, restrain the labor market.
In July, for the second consecutive month the ISTAT recorded a decline in the number of employees, -28 thousand units (in June, -41 thousand). Future loans slowed down significantly, + 8 thousand temporary jobs in July, after + 16 thousand June (in practice, the increase is halved) *
The HP Composites follows a course in contrast with the national one: when returning from the summer break, 44 employees saw the change in the terms of their employment contract.
Since the beginning of 2018 the company has already stabilized 106 people actively contributing to the increase in the employment rate of the province: from 2015 to date around 235 people have been hired indefinitely.
The added value of HP Composites is precisely its staff that, thanks to a wealth of technical knowledge and great working ability, has allowed the company to achieve important goals, thus becoming a European leader in the processing and production of components in material advanced composite (carbon) for the Automotive and Motorsport sector.
An important point of arrival for the company and a significant contribution to the economy of the region that is moving small steps towards growth with a modest pace compared to other Italian regions.
Market projections predict an exponential increase in the use of carbon fiber, especially in the Automotive sector by 2021, with an annual growth rate of 10%, and HP Composites is not a passive spectator. The company has all the credentials to face the increase in demand and the construction of the third production plant is proof of this: the plant of about 4000 square meters officially entered operation last spring to meet the needs of a market that moves quickly.
14,000 square meters are where every day this material is processed to create components with high performance and excellent quality, chosen by the most famous Italian and international car manufacturers.
The territorial expansion goes hand in hand with that of turnover: 2017 ended with a result that far exceeds those achieved in the past and the first half of 2018 did not disappoint expectations.
"Every type of investment, strategy and in this specific case the assumptions, is weighted down to the smallest details", explains DG Ing. Abramo Levato, "we try to convey to our employees the sense of belonging to a company that follows a different direction compared to the trends of the moment ".
