Time for budgets for the HP Composites
A fixed appointment now that of HP, which almost a year ago exposes its results far in contrast with the current economic trends. HP is a racing car that does not seem to want to stop but wants to continue to grow conscientiously, and it is doing so with the activation of a third shed of about 4,500 square meters that is added to the other two plants covering an area equal to about 14,000 mq.
The construction work has already started thanks to the support of the manager Cav. Maurizio Borgioni, who has renewed his trust in HP and in the project. The Ascoli company's balance sheet continues to have a positive trend.
In fact, sales at the end of 2016 recorded a + 27% closing with approximately 23 million euro. And the results to date are hopeful. In the first half of 2017 there is a 30% increase compared to the results achieved during the last year. Also the production numbers continue to grow: over the course of the three-year period, about 916 frames were produced, reaching a peak of 2 frames a day.For non-professionals in the sector it could be a small number, but it must be remembered that the structural components of HP are entirely handmade. Its characteristics have won the challenge of competition and today it is estimated that there are about 1500 cars, distributed throughout the world market, with frames and structural components produced in Ascoli. The objectives for the future are as many as the desire to do that you breathe in the company. HP plans for the next 5 months different investments amounting to about € 2ML divided between infrastructure and new machinery. There are numerous initiatives: one of the many is alignment with the principles of the nascent Industry 4.0.
The intent is to position itself more and more in the mass production market, while maintaining the leadership in the Motorsport market, part of the HP chromosomal equipment. A forward-looking strategy that will lead the company towards the industrialization of composite materials processing. A project that already involves several car manufacturers such as the FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) for the automotive and Porsche, Dallara, Ligier, Spark, Tatuus, Michelotto for Motorsport.
